6th Class have been doing some lovely Christmas art in class over the last few weeks. We made snowglobes using coloured chalk, small Christmas trees using pieces of light and dark green paper and Christmas baubles which display our research on Christmas traditions around the world. We also made a tessellated Christmas tree for outside our classroom door. Each child designed a tree and all the individual trees were put together to form our display. As our room is right next to Junior Infants, they decided to make Christmas presents to go under our tree. A lovely little covid-friendly collaborate project between the most senior and most junior classes! 🎄
