As it was Science Week and our SESE topic was transport, we did some transport related experiments. We made tin-foil boats and tested how well our different versions were able to float after weight was added (coins). We also made paper aeroplanes and tested how far they travelled with or without extra weight added (paper clips). We also did a 'Lava in a cup' experiment mixing oil, water, food colouring and salt and enjoyed watched the amazing reaction.
