Today we had a visit from two members of an orchestra, who brought a massive percussion section to our school hall! This included snare drums, thunder tubes, ocean drums a vibraphone and much more! They showed us how we can use percussion to set a scene and enhance a story, they demonstrated original percussion- body percussion and they performed Hedwig’s theme from Harry Potter and the theme tune of Mario! We really enjoyed it and learned a lot!
