National Tree Day October 3rd 2019

^{On National Tree Day we received a mysterious, surprise package from Anne, that arrived in the post for Senior Infants. We were very excited to see what was inside... and were even more surprised to find a little tree sapling. It was tiny but lovely. We found out it was a Spindle Tree sapling, from the Tree Council of Ireland, for us to plant on the school grounds. We look forward to watching our Spindle Tree grow with us in school.}
