We had lots of fun Maths activities each day in Senior Infants this week to celebrate Maths Week.
We did Maths activities and games each morning, chatted about the number of the day, went on a Maths Trail when the rain 🌧 finally stopped! However our favourite activity was the Smartie Challenge. First we sorted our smarties by colour. Then we counted how many smarties were in each set and showed this data by colouring in a bar graph. After chatting about which colour we had most of, least of etc. we got to then eat the smarties! 😋
