We had three Fire Fighters visit us from Clonmel Fire Station. First we learned all about the role of a Fire Fighter and the protective clothing and equipment they use. After that we learned how to make sure our homes are safe by testing our fire alarms regularly. Then we learned how to check whether it's safe to open a door to exit a room during a fire or not and finally we watched a chip pan fire demonstration outside which was exciting and frightening all at the same time!
