Billy Purcell, Sophie Ward, Thomas O'Rahilly, Aidan Herbert and Billy Hayes from 5th Class and Mai Hayes, Charlotte Walsh, Emma Roche, Emma Murphy and Lauren Connolly from 6th Class have been working hard over the last few weeks preparing for a 5th vs 6th Class debate. The two classes debated whether Ireland should maintain its status as a neutral country. The debate was very close, with 6th Class narrowly sealing victory. We would like to give a special thank you to Mr Breen and Ms Mahoney who prepared both teams for the debate over the last few weeks and to Ms Egan who was our judge on the day.
