Our Challenge to Change project is well underway and will be showcased on 8th May in Kilkenny. The theme of the project this year is 'Gender Equality'.
Our hope in choosing this theme was that children would have heightened awareness and greater understanding of necessity to empower women in Ireland, Europe and beyond in education, economics, government, professions, sport etc...The children from all classes have been working hard to complete surveys and questionnaires to detect misconceptions about equality. We are currently putting the final touches to the project.
