5th class took part in a beep test to measure their level of fitness. All of the children enjoyed taking part in the activity. The beep test involves children running a series of 20 metre runs. Each level consists of 60 seconds of running. Levels go from 1 to 20. Hopefully by the end of the year we will be a little fitter and be able to improve our scores.
