6th Class were treated to a tea party last Friday afternoon to mark the end of their Friends for Life programme this year. They really enjoyed Friends for Life, a programme discussing difficult situations that children have to deal with and learning ways and skills to cope with anxietes and problems. We learned all about feelings, relaxation techniques, positive self talk, exploring solutions, rewards and the important 'happy things' in our life.
Thanks to all the pupils in 6th who engaged so well with Friends for Life. And thanks to their families for their support at home...and for all the delicious treats brought in on Friday 🎊🎂
