1st Class ‘5 Senses’ Nature Walk🌿🍂

Today, Miss. MacGabhann’s 1st class learned about the bodies ‘5 senses’ and we took what we learned outside and took a nature walk around the school grounds using 4 of their senses. The children saw, heard, touched and smelled some very interesting things on the walk including lavender, wild flowers, wood lice and butterflies. Tomorrow, we will be putting the 5th sense, our taste buds to work to see what appeals to our senses!
